What's fueling you, literally?

Because I wouldn't be a true friend if I chose to keep this to myself (Tara here!) I decided to make mention of it. For us, it is simple - whole food nutrition in caps, chews and smoothies. It is what helps bridge the gap for us and the kids between what we do eat and what we are encouraged to eat.
